Refund Policy

ArnisWeb sells credits and paid plans. This page explains when refunds apply.

Eligibility

• If a purchase was not delivered due to a technical error on our side, we will either fix the issue or refund the affected amount.
• If you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
• Generated worlds and consumed credits are generally non-refundable once delivered or consumed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or Creem’s Buyer Terms (for earlier Creem purchases).

How to Request a Refund

Email support@arnisweb.com with your order number and the reason. We will process approved refunds through your original payment method.
