ArnisWeb and your map requests
This policy covers accounts, map selections and Minecraft files processed by ArnisWeb at arnisweb.com. For privacy requests, contact support@arnisweb.com.
Data used to generate a world
A request can include a place search, the selected map bounds or coordinates, Java or Bedrock edition, terrain and world settings, a job identifier, generation status and file size. These details allow us to retrieve OpenStreetMap data, run the generator and deliver the resulting Minecraft files. A selected place may reveal a location that matters to you; selecting it does not tell us that you live there. Avoid putting private information in world names or support attachments.
Accounts, credits and purchases
Stripe processes new payments. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy. The Creem-specific information below applies to earlier purchases processed through Creem.
For an account we process your email, display name, authentication records and, when you choose a social sign-in provider, the profile information it supplies. We keep credit grants and consumption, order references, subscription status and saved generation history to check access and help with failed requests. Creem acts as Merchant of Record for purchases through its checkout, handling payment details, applicable indirect taxes and invoices. We receive the purchase and subscription information needed to deliver your plan; we do not store full card numbers. See Creem’s privacy notice.
Operation, cookies and optional services
Session cookies keep you signed in; language and preference cookies remember your choices. Requests can supply IP addresses, approximate country or location, browser information, referrers and campaign parameters. We use operational and traffic records to maintain the site, understand use and prevent abuse. Where configured, analytics, advertising or support widgets may receive usage or device information under their own policies. Browser settings can restrict optional cookies; restricting session cookies can prevent sign-in. Marketing consent, when requested, is separate from service emails and can be changed in the account interface or through support.
Where processing happens
Hosting, generation, file storage, authentication, email delivery and payment providers process the data needed for their roles. Place searches and map requests may go to geographic data services, including OpenStreetMap-based search and tile services. Providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose records when required by law or to investigate fraud, protect accounts or resolve payment disputes.
Retention, downloads and your choices
Account, credit and billing records remain for service delivery, support and applicable legal or accounting needs. Generated files and download links are subject to storage availability and expiry and are not permanent backups. Access to a download link can give access to its file; keep it private. We use access controls and protected connections, but cannot promise absolute security. You can update available profile settings and ask support for access, correction, export or deletion of your data. We may need to verify the request and retain records required by law or unresolved transactions. Available rights depend on your location. Material policy changes will be reflected in the date above and communicated through the service when appropriate.
